Heritage: This quilt was found in Ohio.  This is quite honestly the most unbelievable quilt I have ever had the privilege of stewarding. The appliqué pattern is absolutely exquisite and near perfect. Each piece and stitch is in perfect. The colors are vibrant. The pattern is appliquéd on a black background making the colors pop. The quilt is a coverlet style with no lining. The back is a lovely canvas with a beautiful red trim. It is truly a museum quality piece.

Condition: Overall the piece is in excellent condition.  It is so very soft and the colors vibrant and sure.  There are a few stray faint areas of color bleed on the canvas backing, but otherwise nothing to note.
