Pattern Name: Young Man's Fancy
Age: 1900s-1920s
Quilting: self quilting - machine pieced and hand quilted
Material: brown and blue printed cotton calico with natural calico pieces and backing
Measurements: 102"x86"
Heritage: This quilt was found in Ohio. This is an absolutely fantastic quilt! It is vibrant, and is quite a complicated and striking pattern. The quilt is also quite large, which would make it absolutely perfect on a bed.
Condition: Overall the piece is in excellent condition. There are some signs of wear to the fabric, but it is such a strong and sturdy piece. The quilt has been rebound at a later date with newer and thicker binding that does not detract from the piece at all.
